Colon cancer discovered by a Colon Screen test, then a colonosopy. Dr Leiberth was calm and to the facts; but yet concerned and I knew I was in good hands. It all turned out well with stage I (kudos to early testing). Leiberth is an excellent professional and his staff of nurses great!

My husband was recently brought to Glens Falls Hospital by ambulance under emergency circumstances. My husband, who was in denial, felt that he was not that ill and that Dr. Lieberth was an alarmist. I, however, appreciated that Dr. Lieberth was forthright and explained the situation clearly. Over the course of the next two weeks, I learned that Dr. Lieberth, in addition to being a skilled surgeon, was a gentle and compassionate man. His concern extended to myself and other family members.
I was introduced to Dr. Lieberth during a recent hospitalization. It was determined that my gallbladder needed to be removed, sooner than later. He showed concern for my comfort while being forthright regarding the risks involved due to several factors outside of his control. On the day of surgery, he was calm and spoke in a tone that made me feel at ease. He is clearly in the right field. I feel confident in recommending his expertise to anyone in need of a surgical consult.
Dr. Liebirth is, without a doubt, in my opinion, an extremely knowledgeable, diligent and caring individual. His surgical expertise and patient concern is second to no other doctor who I have ever encountered. I have been connected to the medical proffession for my entire 77 years of life and do not hesitate to recommend a true professional like him. His faithful personal and hospital staff are also a testimony as to his expertise, character and esteem.
