Dr. Cain was very helpful professional in his work and opinion I like that.
Great experience
Not a good experience. The office makes you show up 30 min early which is too much. I didn’t see the doctor until 20 min after my appt time. Info was not passed on from the nurse, doctor didn’t listen. Up front I said I was not interested in surgery and trying to see other options. He said he was a surgeon so that’s what he’d talk about. Didn’t check range of motion or anything really. I thought he would do a full exam, let me know what the injury was, my options, and where to go from there. Basically did nothing.
