All I can say don't question a bill/statement you will get fired as a patient. However he did me a favor, the problem I was DX with by my PCP & a Vanderbilt doctor, Sywak said I did not have and I took him at his word mostly cause I did not want surgery so I went from April- September suffering until I got a 3rd opinion and broke down and had the surgery.
