Kind, informative, and thorough. I have had two solar phases installed by Michael with no complaints. We were experiencing a short our something and lights were flickering after the second install. I emailed them at 10am, Michael was here by noon, and the problem was fixed by 3pm. Stellar service and clear information. Thanks guys.
We were happy with MSS's services for our solar panels and battery needs. The team (from sales, design, and installation to account management and finance) was very professional and capable. They took care of many permitting applications with PG&E behind the scenes, which was helpful.
