I work as a PA and needed to plan my boss's family holiday. Michael was a LIFESAVER. He arranged and booked the cruise and everything that went along with it for the family of seven. From last minute changes to excursion decisions, to the arcade packages for the kiddos, he handled everything with patience and good humor... even when I was texting him on Christmas Eve (facepalm). The family had a blast and everything was perfect. Google doesn't have enough stars to describe his service.
Michael helped me plan my first cruise experience out of New Orleans and took care of every detail along the way.
