Michael went above and beyond with helping me find a hotel to stay at and getting me booked on a standby flight after missing my connecting flight. I reached out to Michael for tours given pretty specific criteria - I was squeezing in two countries (Taiwan and Philippines) and only two days between some other preset obligations, but wanted a custom local experience. He asked questions, narrowed the ideas, and provided several options to meet my budget. Booking was easy and both of the tours were fabulous! I look forward to working with him again.
