I had my dog spayed here, and I will say the vet was very kind and professional, which I appreciated. The procedure went smoothly, and I felt my dog was in good hands during the surgery. However, my experience soured when I was unable to return an e-collar that didn’t fit. The collar cost $36, and after spending over $500 on the procedure and other services, I was hoping the clinic would show some flexibility in allowing a return.
