Overall the care is excellent, but their billing and insurance filing processes need significant improvement. The clinical care is great, however they struggle with billing and insurance paperwork. Everything else has been solid, but their billing department and insurance filing process are lacking and often cause unnecessary frustration.
Dr. Stein is awesome. I was seeing him years ago and he performed all my surgeries to remove my fibroids and I circled back to him. He is extremely thorough. He’s very attentive he cares about the patient , it’s not just about giving a diagnosis, he cares and he follows up, he tells you everything you need to know. He is one of the best Obstetrician/gynecologist there is. I know you will be very happy if you choose him as your gynecologist !
