Absolutely recommend. Always a warm welcome upon entering, friendly and professional while quickly accommodating our needs. Life is busy, we are busy, this place allows us to carry on comfortably while knowing they have everything handled for us. Regardless of how many times we pop in with questions they always are happy to answer.
I had a bad experience with this company. I had moved to another state and was told that I would be covered and was not. Now I’m left to fix a repair because someone backed into me and then drove away. I was in the military at the time and should have been covered. My duty station was still in MD and I had MD tags. I have been with Erie insurance for many years. I like that I know who my insurance agent is and can depend on coverage.
