I gave 3 stars because every time I call the office there is always a long hold time. Even, when the recording says that I'm first in line, I still waited 9 mins before being taken care of. I understand we are all busy. But that wait time is a little unacceptable. Especially if I'm supposed to be first in line and I'm calling on my break at work. Time is precious and few. With that said, I think the staff is helpful and professional for the most part and answers my questions.
Very respectful and knowledgeable doctor, dedicated to his patients. The staff and nurses are very welcoming and attentive. I just wanted to thank each and everyone of you that took care of my mother Phyllis.
I’ve never had such a horrible experience with a doctor, my regular doctor wasn’t available so I had to see this doctor. He was extremely callous and had absolutely no compassion towards my condition. The whole visit he made me feel like I was bothering him. He was so rude and condescending and I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.
