Although Dr. Soos may be an excellent doctor, keeping his appointments leaves much to be desired. After having an appointment on the books for a year, his office called 2 weeks prior to say they would have to change it. Once changed, I got another call saying they couldn't make that appointment either. After finally getting a date set, I got to the office 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment as requested only to sit in an emptying waiting room for an hour and a half.
