I bought a pendant (not the first) from Michael & Sons at an event. I needed a custom bale made to accommodate the chain I was planning to wear it on. Then, because we were at an event, I left Dave with my chain. Dave made the most beautiful custom bale for me. And, he shipped it to me so quickly that I was surprised by the delivery. Talk about first class service… he polished the entire piece so nicely that everything looked brand new with mirror finishes, then he boxed it up for me so it presented in the most stunning way ... read more
