Michael, the service technician was thorough in the attempt to assess my problem. Unfortunately or maybe fortunately he said it wasn’t a plumbing issue. He did offer his opinion on how I could move forward to try to identify the problem. Very nice guy, loved his demeanor and I trust that he knew what he was talking about. Very professional and that is why I sometimes choose to call them over using my AHS service.
