My first visit. It was very good. I was very impressed with dr Smitherman and his nurse and staff. Very impressed. He followed up with my visit calling me going over all my testing.
I chose Dr Smitherman because he had great reviews but the first visit with him he kept his head down refusing to look at me and was downright rude, making a sarcastic comment about a medication I listed on my paperwork which he had obviously reviewed before seeing me. He confirmed the RA diagnosis and prescribed a new med. I thought everyone can have a bad day so I came back for a second visit after taking the meds for 2 months. He was even more rude. Totally changed my life by healing my psoriasis
Always very friendly, supportive. He’s always concerned and even printed copies of gloves that I might want to try for my hands. Since I have been seeing him, I am 90% better. His staff is so friendly, polite and helpful. Waiting time is never more than 5 to 10 minutes. If I had to rate his office it would be, Triple AAA.
