Extremely disappointed with this experience. Before coming to my appointment, I spoke with the call center and provided all of my insurance information and documentation. I was assured that everything was accepted and proceeded with the appointment based on that information. After taking time off work, driving to the office, and arriving for my scheduled appointment, I was told that my insurance was not accepted. While I believe Dr. Simon to be a good doctor the Solara system in place is a complete failure. No direct line to the doctors office, cancelled appointments without contact, and long waits for scheduled times.

1st time patient for yearly physical w/ Dr Michael Simon. I was very disappointed, I waited almost a hour to see him. I had another appt. In Ocean County a hour away. I requested requested C-Reactive Protein test. Instead he ordered Cartriod artery and Aterial Lower Extremetry radiology test.
