My friend went into surgery this morning, supposed to start at 730 am, but he didn't even get to the hospital until 835am. Then to top that off, after surgery I was called for a consult, he didn't give me 5 minutes to park and he left. Yes, he called me by phone but you couldn't wait 5 minutes for me? We waited over an hour for you. Extremely rude
Dr. Sims operated on me a year ago yesterday. I had cancer of the throat and he relieved all the stress I had worrying about it. This doctor included my family on everything he made them feel very much part of it letting them look over his shoulder at the test results and explained everything in layman terms.He has done more than any doctor I've ever known and he was the kindest and caring doctor I have ever known.
