I called this septic service out a few weeks ago to look into why there was water overflowing at the bottom of our property. We thought it might have something to do with our septic tank possibly needing to be pumped. They told me up front there would be a service call fee of $89, I was fine with that. The morning they showed up, Jimmy walked around our yard for less than 30 minutes and then told my fiancé that he couldn't locate the septic tank and that we would have to provide them with documentation of where it was locate... read more
