I was just rescheduled for my Vasectomy less than two hours from my appointment. This is the third time I have been rescheduled. My consultation was completed in April before my son was born. It is not July 13th and 3 appointments later with no vasectomy. This office cares very little about your time, just their own.
Dr Shanks is 100% in my book. He has a wonderful bedside manner. Very professional and personable. Explained treatment plan and goals. Would highly recommend his services!

Dr shanks was awesome. Very quick to act one he heard about what I was going through and what was going on . I wish more Dr's were as compassionate about thier patients as he was. I give 10 out of 10. Very informative on what was going on where I could understand it.
