I appreciate Dr. Shanks willingness to listen to what I am experiencing with my symptoms. The detailed explanations are very much appreciated. I am not rushed out of the exam room and I am made to feel like I am part of the process, not just the object of it.
Michael is a very easy to trust individual. He works with you to make you as comfortable as possible.
Dr. Shanks is a great Doctor! More importantly he is a great person. Very intelligent, friendly, and helpful. He listens to his patients and spends as much time that is needed. I literally can not say enough about this guy.
Dr. Shanks goes the extra mile, he takes the time to make sure you understand everything. Explains all options and tells you his opinion also.
