Wonderful human being, please be respectful he is old now don't try to go in and challenge him but do you make friends of him. He's an old wonderful human being who is a great martial artist

Sifu Michael Shaman has completely changed my life. Not only am I improving from my previous martial arts experience, I find that I can manage and evaporate stress and have an overall better outlook and energy toward the world. In this way, the place has become somewhat of a sanctuary. I'm able to learn practical applications, moving and still meditation, while getting the history of certain spiritual/energy healing practices and why they were created.

I highly recommend Michael Shaman. He is very experienced and has helped me a great deal. I have improved significantly. For example, before working with Michael I could not stand for the entire ceremony at church. Now I can stand without any issues. It's not just the physical aspects, but the philosophical aspects of Tai Chi that he covers during class. When we do a particular movement he explains (quite clearly) the reasons and what it accomplishes. If you are interested in Tai Chi check Michael out!!

I am a Tai Chi student with Sifu Michael Shaman and have been with him now for almost two years. For me it has been a good investment. I am also a student and past instructor of another martial art and have the ability to appreciate the depth of his knowledge on the subject of Qi-Gong and Tai Chi Chuan. Having also taken Tai Chi at a more corporate type dojo, I can appreciate the more intimate time he can provide as a master instructor of his martial art form.
