My first appt, and I was able to complete ALL the forms on my phone, beforehand. I still arrived 30 minutes early as they requested. I actually had x-rays done, AND saw Dr Seth Smith, and was walking out the door BEFORE my actual appt time!! I don’t know if this was a fluke, but in any case, the entire office staff was pleasant and efficient. Also, I was able to get a first appt with the Orthopedic Doctor in less than a month, after I called. That has never happened before.
I feel the doctor made me feel better than a doctor/patient relationship. Answered my questions on an equal basis . Thanks Dr Smith
