What I like is that this group is very proactive. When you enter the waiting area, you are checked in right away, and I was able to fill out all of my papers online. There is a video in the waiting room with each doctor talking about their Practice and the way they see their patients. Dr. Smith listened to my problem, did an x-ray, and fitted me with a brace, set me up for physical therapy, and an MRI. I felt I was heard, and I’m reassured that this problem will be caught early and taken care of.
He seemed very knowledgeable and caring as well as accommodating. Very impressed so far.
Excellent MD, who knew what questions to a ask, to get to the problem and solution.
