Mike Seoane is professional. knowledgeable, responsive and extremely helpful. Returns calls in a timely manner every time. He works hard to save us money on our car and home insurance, making sure we have the coverage we want and need. Been with Mike since 2014. Prior to finding him, we would switch companies every year or two trying to find a company that would provide the service we receive from Mike. Give him a try - you won't be disappointed.
Terrible, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. No one calls you back when you request a withdrawal or if you have any missing information to get those funds. It's completely up to you, the customer, to keep calling them until things are resolved. That is not proper customer service.
