Probably the worst experience to a medical office and doctor that I’ve experienced in my 73 years. First impression was awful…waiting area was not the cleanest I’ve ever seen and the receptionist NEVER smiled nor was she EVER friendly. After being taken to an exam room, that wasn’t sparkling clean either, the nurse was nice enough, but no hand washing. Unfortunately there is NOT a 0 Star category because my experience trying to re-establish Dr Baugh as my Neurologist has been so unbelievable. I have had to make calls multiple times and received different answer in order to schedule a visit. First it took multiple calls to get my records transferred from my previous Florida Neurologist and I had to make all the calls to get my Florida records faxed and today I learned that even though I am a current patient of Dr Baugh I was told I am also requires to get a new referral.
