Dr. Schechter ordered a series of concerning tests, and said he and I would go over the results together. Had my follow-up visit today and saw his nurse practitioner who was less than helpful and made me feel insignificant.
Dr. Schector is nice but his office manager and her assistant will cause you a heart attack. They are trying to collect when there is no deductible, saying they refuse to let you see the doctor unless you pay them money.
I don't mean to rain on everyone's parade, but my experience with Dr. Scechter was pretty grim. I had to get cleared for a procedure and was sent to Dr. Schecter for a CTA. I received the CTA and subsequent clearance for my procedure, and just assumed that the CTA was normal. I never received any follow-up communication from Dr. Schechter's office regarding the CTA.
