The staff at both locations are phenomenal very caing and going out their way to take care of the patients. Dr Scachter also is very caring to his patients and spends the tme to help and make sure you have the care needed.

I wish I can give 0 stars, it’s a shame on how the system works I called my Dr by the name of Dr. Schachter to tell him I was having problems with my vagina the young lady told me to come in I went there to my surprise I had to do the swipe myself me clueless of what I was doing I don’t have a degree in medicine and for them to tell me I have to wait for a couple days later to get treatment it baffles me you had me come in collected my copay and sent me back home with the same symptoms. Dr. Schachter is such a nice person. He has a great bedside manner. Never in a rush. Always takes time to listen and offer suggestions to improve my health. His office staff is very caring and compassionate. So glad we found him when we moved to Missouri.
