I would avoid this office . I was billed for a visit that never occurred and it took over a year with innumerable calls and letters to fix. They are a nightmare .
He is the absolute best, would not go to any other ENT on Long Island besides him.
We went to see Dr. Cohen for my son’s ENT issues. The office billed an insurance company I never had, refused to correct it and has been sending me unadjusted bills for months. Despite numerous requests for billing records and the fact that my insurance company has no records of this dr ever attempting to bill, Dr Cohen’s office still refuses to send us any paperwork.
