Unfortunately, I had a bad experience, seemed like nice staff. Appt on 8/11/25, right ear issues, cleaning & hearing test. Cleaning was fine. Lindsey couldn't explain damage in right ear, said she didn't know my past, didn't ask. She recommended supplements for tinnitus, said she would send email with link to purchase. Took 25 days. Had hearing test, already wearing hearing aids for 4 years, Deena recommended new ones. Had to wait a week for insurance 4 year policy to renew. Deena submitted a claim for $3000.00, (my max) but... read more
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Cohen’s office. From the moment I walked in, my dad felt truly cared for. They were so kind and compassionate, taking the time to listen carefully to my dad’s concerns without rushing. Dr. Cohen is only in the office on Mondays, but the entire staff is incredible! What impressed me most was how thorough they were — not only did they address the immediate issue, but they also explained everything clearly and made sure I understood each step of the process.
