Starting off by saying the Dr's here are great! However, when a patient leaves their job 2 hours early for an appointment, mind you I was on time and even did my pre-check in via Duke Health app. All to enter the building, give my name and wait for almost an HOUR! Why the long wait you ask? Well, apparently the receptionist didn't check me in as told and just let me sit there for 45 mins 😤 Not until I walked back up there and ask if I somehow missed my name being called, asks again for my name and says, ol that's my fault w... read more
Dr. Michael Salter is an excellent preventive care physician. He takes the time to understand your healthcare needs. I never feel rushed. Very pleased with him.
Dr. Salter is great and dealing with the reception staff is good, HOWEVER, the phone system and website is aggravating and non-responsive, a very poor reflection of this doctor. If I did not like him so much, I would switch to another doctor in a NY minute.
