Dr. Salter is great and dealing with the reception staff is good, HOWEVER, the phone system and website is aggravating and non-responsive, a very poor reflection of this doctor. If I did not like him so much, I would switch to another doctor in a NY minute.
After feeling dismissed by the medical community for the past year, I came to Dr. Salter feeling defeated and emotionally drained. Dr salter and his staff are great! Dr salter is compassionate and his bedside manner is just the icing on the cake I’ve been going to this doctor for about 8 years and have followed him from statesville to mooresville where he continues his primary care practice of your looking for a great doctor then stop searching and go see him and there practice!
