Somewhat belated review, since I’ve just now (2+ years later) had a chance to see another podiatrist, this one actually competent, who confirmed my suspicion that the treatment I received from Dr. Salter was wildly inappropriate for my condition and overly aggressive. Unfortunately, I now have irreparable cosmetic damage to my nail. I should have known something was off when I was left waiting in the waiting room for two hours with zero explanation or apology at a follow up visit. Avoid at all costs.

My wife has been a patient of Dr. Salter for several years and him and the staff have always been capable and friendly. They have gone above and beyond to give us extra help. Unfortunately, my insurance is hard to work with, but Dr. Salter's office staff doesn't take any guff. I can't think of a better doctor.

If their was a score wors then 0 I wouldnkf gave it to this office let me start with the very professional (not) office manager Pam, her attitude was out of the ruff when I asked her to explain our insurance benefits and why we ware not informed that insurance is not paying till the 6th visit she started screaming at me over the phone, saying that she’s the manager ... when I told ger I work in medical office she tried criticizing me and saying it’s different! I have been a patient of Dr. Salter for several years and the doctor and his staff has always taken very good care of me. He’s really helped me to understand the the importance of taking care of your feet and when I needed some extra attention or ran out of medication or had an emergency he’s always been accommodating. Give him and his staff a try, you won’t be disappointed.
