Friendly staff, clean office, procedures were satisfactorily explained, Dr Salinas took time for detailed explanation of eye issues. Would definitely recommend Dr Salinas.
I have been taking my daughter to him over 4 yrs. He has been amazing especially when working with my daughter and explaining everything to me he is very patient with her and my self. I now see him as well.??
If you want personal attention, great service and excellent vision care, THIS is the doctor for you. I was treated with respect by the doctor and his staff. Dr. Salinas worked with me very hard to maximize my vision. His staff went far beyond what I expected with my insurance company to my great delight and relief. I highly recommend Dr. Salinas.
my experience it was awful with this place! They measure your face for glasses with an archaic system ( wood school rule) that resulted a huge error on my glasses that I lost a good amount of money in some glasses that I cannot wear.They do not refund your money at all, they do not consider if you are not able to see, they are not interested in health , just they count the money without options. They are not professionals!!The person who takes glasses measure do not advise enough for frames!!!
Dr. Salinas was the first Optometrist I utilized after moving to Florida and I am glad to have been a patient of his. Office team is welcoming and provides a family atmosphere. Information provided is clear and I have never had to wait long for appointments. I have experienced no cleanliness concerns and felt that they are very thorough with check-up exams. Critiques: office hours can be a challenge, expect up-selling but not high pressure sales, glasses are more expensive than other places.
