I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Tilson. He was so gentle and explained everything he did during the process. Always aware of my comfort. His staff was wonderful. I would highly recommend this practice.
My 92 year old Grandmother had a referral to Dr. Tilson's office. She called and left several messages waited for several days with no return call. When I found out that she did not have a appointment then I began to call. After another day of trying Courtney answered the phone and boy was that an experience. Staff was very kind and dr was very knowledgeable and fast. the assistant I think her name was melinda? was very caring and sweet. gave me a blanket bc I said I was cold, and even offered water.
If you get nervous at the thought of dental work, this review is for you and so is this office! The office is super clean and organized, so you instantly feel comfortable when you walk in. Checkout the drawer handles if you- the cutest hardware and touch! You’re immediately greeted by the friendliest staff who clearly enjoys their job and that should put you even more at ease. Dr. Tilson and his staff provide exceptional patient care and have made me feel extremely comfortable when receiving care. His assistants are very hospitable and Dr. Tilson performs great work. I have been referred to him on three different occasions, each for a root canal, in which he explains the entire process thoroughly and is light handed/gentle when performing his work.
