Dr Sweeney performed a double bypass on me in 2003. Was told the procedure would take approximately 5-7 hrs. It only took about 3:15 minutes. I was also told the bypass’s last, on the average, about 10 years; some longer. Mine has lasted 21 years. One has rerouted and the other one still going strong. Definitely a mark of outstanding work. If able to choose a heart surgeon, I would without a doubt pick Dr Sweeney. His credentials are impeccable!
Excellent surgeon I had a triple bypass and you can hardly see the scar. Very pleased with him and his team.
Dr. Sweeney is a great cardiac surgeon. He took care of my husband for years. My husband trusted him completely. Very kind and easy to talk to. Takes his time and answers all your questions.
Outstanding surgeon, explains what is needed and draws a picture of what is there and what he will need to do, he completed cardiovascular surgery on me on the last of July and I am back to normal for 82 years old and back to bowling!!
