If I could give you a zero, I would. You call yourself a professional but you lack empathy or compassion. People make mistakes yet you fail to recognize them. My family member had their first appointment time wrong and you dropped them as a patient without even taking the time to consider that maybe just maybe they wrote it down wrong.
