Dr Safko is great. Compassionate, clear, helpful and full of empathy. I had several scheduling issues and he was very gracious and understanding. He has helped me navigate some major challenges and to grow towards being the best version of me the that God created me to be. I'll forever be grateful for his help.
If I could give you a zero, I would. You call yourself a professional but you lack empathy or compassion. People make mistakes yet you fail to recognize them. My family member had their first appointment time wrong and you dropped them as a patient without even taking the time to consider that maybe just maybe they wrote it down wrong. What is wrong with you?? You are supposed to be there to help and guide. Instead you allowed your ego to get in the way.
