Please heed all warnings! I've been going to McDonnell for about 2 years and have never been satisfied with him or his staff. First off, his staff are extremely rude and cold. Whenever I would try to pay my co-pay they would insist that I didn't have one, and when I would come to my next visit I was greeted with aweful attitudes, as if I had stiffed them on my co-pay! WOMEN BEWARE!!!!!! I have been seeing Dr. McDonnell for a couple of months now for my high grade dysplasia. This condition leads to cancer. I had an appointment to get this surgically removed. The day before the appointment I had called McDonnell's office to let them know my cervix was bleeding very very bad and would not stop. Horrible bedside manners This practice makes going to the gyno's office even more horrible, since the staff is very unfriendly and not personable at all. The doctor at this practice has the worst bedside manners of any doctor I have ever had experience with in my life. The wait time at this office always was almost an hour past my appointment time.
Friendly staff and doctor I've been going this office for a couple years now. The doctor is very nice and has an excellent bedside manner. Office staff is very friendly and accommodating. The doctor makes it easy to discuss sometimes uncomfortable women problems. During the exam a woman nurse will be in the room. During consultation only the doctor will be there. I would recommend this office to anyone.
Horrible Staff, Great Doctor I have had my appointment cancelled three times due to baby deliveries (understandable), but the rescheduling is a nightmare! On the third cancellation, the office staff told me I could have a 3:30 appointment the following day, I made arrangements @ work and childcare again, only to find out that the appointment was not written down.
