Dr. Harris is a very thorough, compassionate and caring doctor. I did not find him to be condescending at all. He thoroughly explained the options for treating my Vestibular Schwannoma. He expressed his concerns about the surgery option because of the serious risks involved due to my weight and comorbidities. He answered all my questions, including those my mom had who came with me. Dr. Harris was incredibly compassionate and helped diagnose my Autoimmune Inner Ear Disease, when other Aurora ENTs said it was probably an inoperable fistula. He coordinated care with an immunologist. I found him easy to work with as he explained my various treatment options. He never rushed me out of a visit, but was willing to listen and answer to any questions I had. I cried a LOT in those early appointments, and he was kind and thoughtful, but didn't sugar coat difficult truths. Highly recommend.
The most patronizing, condescending JERK I have ever had to deal with! Talked to me as though I am a total IDIOT in a slow and tonal manner to indicate he questioned my comprehension skills on every word! Also kept turning to my companion, who attends my appointments merely as a second set of ears and eyes for issues such as this, to ask him if he "had anything to add" regarding my medical complaint.
