We had a very frustrating experience with the billing office at Mass Eye and Ear. Our son received ear molds from Dr. Michael Cohen, and we paid the full cost upfront. We were told multiple times that the office would submit a claim to our insurance on our behalf. After several weeks, multiple calls, and repeated assurances that the claim had been submitted, nothing appeared with our insurance company. Dr Cohen has been simply amazing ever since the first time we met him. Caring, knowledgeable, compassionate and kind and always goes above and beyond to care for our daughter. We were truly blessed to have met him and would recommend him to anyone looking for the best medical care!! We are forever indebted to you Dr Cohen !
