Probably the best service and caring staff in the area. I dropped my stuff off in March and got it back within 2 weeks. Professional service and very fair pricing.
Was rude to me on the phone . Can’t even guarantee my taxes will be done by April 15th
My taxes were ignored for months when the preparer was hospitalized. She didn’t tell anyone to finish them. The new preparer wasn’t interested in communicating or finishing the job well. I wanted to discuss with Mr Coffman who never returned my calls. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.
Didn’t deserve one star after today. The customer service provided by the pple in there has been terrible the past three years. Been going here for almost a decade, will not go back again after what I experienced. They were rude on the phone a few times. Didn’t call me back until the last second (tax day tomorrow). My taxes were turned in the beginning of March. I turned in three sheets of paper for my taxes and my cost almost doubled.
