Got an appointment took my ram 3500 he was supposed fix loud belt or what was causing the noise. He didn’t do that. Also engine light is on he stated that it might be a pvc valve or something I don’t k ow but he never called me to say how much it’s gonna be or to even do the work. Well he didn’t. So my truck now didn’t pass inspection. They just decided to do an oil change. Had my truck for two weeks. Called us after one week to say he would have it done by next Thursday not to mention that this is my only work vehicle that ... read more

Got us in quick, got our starter replaced in a reasonable time frame and price was fair. Would've liked to know what repairs were needed BEFORE it was started but if thats the worst I gotta deal with compared to other shops ill take it all day. Couldn't respond to their response, but they 110% DID NOT speak to a "family member on the account" prior to starting repairs. This shop has been consistent, fair, and knowledgeable about repairs and maintenance between visits. I originally found this shop when I had an older car, then switched to a dealership for a while, and ended up coming right back. He is respectful, solution-focused, and not the type to penny-pinch you or put a band-aid on a problem. I’m never leaving him again.
