We were vacationing on Tybee Island, when our brother had a medical emergency. He was admitted to Memorial. We were very anxious, to say the least. Dr. Ruiz introduced himself as "the handsome Puerto Rican doctor!". Talk about an "icebreaker"! He not only did he provide exceptional care and bedside manner, he spoke to our brother's doctor in OHIO and helped us arrange transportation home. He is a great doctor and a great human being. Dr. Ruiz bedside manner is superb!!! He takes the time to listen. Explaining using layman terms while at the same time put a little humor to cheer you up!!! I would highly recommend him personally along with his office.
