Horrible customer service. Allstate's mistake cost me over $1200 of cash out of my pocket and then all my local agent can do is apologize and say there is nothing he can do. They have record of the call I made to have the coverage corrected yet can do nothing to help. They put the coverage clearly on the wrong vehicle(10 years older) and then blamed it on the home office.
