I have just started Dr. Rowe's stretches & movements to address lower back pain. I am already feeling better. Thank you very much.
I discovered Dr. Rowe on YouTube and immediately started doing some of his exercises to relieve shoulder, neck, and upper back pain. Instantly, I felt a major difference. I'm not sure what's going on with me. First, I was told it was a rotator cuff, then I heard it was tendonitis. I'm not sure both are pretty painful, but since watching your videos, I feel so much better. I wish I could see you in person. Thanks for the great advice!
