Dr. Ross is an educated, kind professional in his own right; but the medical assistant, Lana, really takes the cake. Her kindness and compassion clearly show every time I see her in the office and she has made me feel more safe and comfortable than any other medical professional that I’ve ever seen. She really cares about the patients she sees in the office and you don’t always get that in the medical field. I wish I could give her 100 stars.
