Dr Rose has been amazing from my first appointment, to surgery, and my follow up. He’s extremely communicative, and answers every question I have had. This has been my best experience with an orthopedic surgeon.
I know im a complicated case but he seemed very rushed. Update I had surgery from him 7/2023 Went back kept complaining horrible pain almsot a year then i gave up. 2.5 yrs went by i asked my pcp for a second option after i saw Rose again and he wouldnt even order a simple xray or mri to see if anything was wrong. So after i spoke with my pcp and he sent me somewhere else i got passed 3 different doctors and they didnt want to touch me because or Rose's work so they sent me to Banner and come to find out i wasnt crazy like ro... read more
Best thing is you can make appointments within a week. Back home takes two months. Arrived at Dr office got me right in.
Doc was great explain everything wrote down the procedures I will be getting done so I can google them for more info
At our last visit I tried to give the MA Kimberly documents with case manager information. MA didn’t even look it and stated “we deal with VA patients all the time we know what to do.” I’ve been calling the office almost every day. I had to take time off of work just to go to the office to drop off FMLA paperwork which was previously faxed to the office a week prior and leave a message regarding our concerns and not having the DME order placed yet.
