Firstly. We had normal expectations of a PAID property manager. We paid then to let people run our property down! Our house was pristine when they took it on but when we Fired them, it smelled liked a men's locker room/ brewery! It was a 4 BR but they added a mattress in the living room so more nasty men could stay there. It cost us $3000 just to get that odor out. Very unprofessional & unethical! Their website has none of the realtors that are actual people?!
We hired Michael to manage our house in FWB and he and his wife made many promises, NONE of which they kept. They didn't vet the renters, they never, not once, checked that the property was being maintained as they had promised they would, they never even met some of the renters and had no idea who they were We had to spend several thousand dollars getting it property back to the condition that it was previously.
