Very thorough, approachable and engaging. Dr. Roesch was very attentive and accommodated all of my questions and concerns. He was honest, even when it came to things I didn't particularly want to hear, but addressed all items in a compassionate and understanding way. I was informed once I got to the examination room that they did not have the injection I was supposed to receive. I was asked did I bring it? No, didn't know i should have. Where would I have gotten it? No prescription was written. There had been messaging in My Chart regarding this appointment that would have given this department the opportunity to explain there was more information needed to ensure the injection would be on hand when I came for the appointment. Yet it appears my replies were not read.
