I had my hair colored by Katie Kyle. I told her that my hair had been previously colored… She did highlights the first time and they had bright orange roots, I let her know two days later and she fixed it. Then I went back and asked for lighter blonde and darker roots… she spent 3 hours applying bleach and then going back in and painting dark on my scalp.
