I need help getting off me that I had no part in it and it pertains to my deceased son what can I do
If you are wanting to file for a pardon Michael Risley is the attorney you want to hire. The application that has to be filled out and filed is overwhelming, you want Michael and his staff doing this for you. I knew going in after my consult I had a 50/50 chance because of an old case (over 20 years old) that was considered violent. I am happy to report I received my pardon!!!
I did some research on pardon attorneys and chose Michael based on my research. After meeting with him I knew he was the person I wanted to use. What I really liked was the fact that if you called his office, Michael usually answered the phone himself. His office did a great job on the application. I used Mike in 2013, I needed a pardon and an expunement, He told me what to expect what I needed to do he also told me it would take in the range of a year to get the pardon. In pretty close to a year I got my pardon in 2014, and my expungement a couple months later. The fees were very fair and it was very non complex. Mike and his staff were very easy to work with he always had time for me, and I thank him every day for his help. Semper Fi guys you can't go wrong with this staff.
