I was fully educated what to expect before the knee surgery and was also thoroughly checked after the surgery. Two thumbs up for Dr. Rieber’s team!
Went in early and was made to wait as patient after patient, including those coming in later were waved in. On inquiry was told, my appointment was next. Still more patients went on in. Asked again, they said it would be a while. Rather than reschedule, canceled. If you can't respect people equally (and perhaps their time, too), do mention who should come in - and what your convenience might be.
