Dr. Bernstein has treated Dad's glaucoma for many years. Dad is doing well at age 98. I have repeatedly told his receptionist, Donna, by phone and in writing, to notify Dad's nursing home when he has an appointment with Dr. Bernstein. She even demanded a copy of my power of attorney before she would talk with me. The nursing home has to schedule their van & a sitter to take Dad. I live hours away in another state. Donna refuses to notify Dad's nursing home of an upcoming appointment.
Dr. Bernstein has treated my closed angle glaucoma for the past 15 years. I was originally diagnosed with glaucoma in 1984. I have total confidence in his comprehensive examinations and his expertise. He knows how to explain your situation in layman's terms so you can understand it. He knows how to treat it! Lastly, he studied under the the world renowned Dr. George Spaeth at the Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, PA..... couldn't have had a better teacher.
