I loved the quality of care when I began going to UAMS in 2014. I had an awesome physician (Dr. Khan Do). After Dr. Do graduated and moved on, I was assigned another doctor and after my first visit with her, I requested I get assigned to another doctor. I was approved to be assigned to the doctor I requested but when I go in for my appointment, I'm seen by another doctor. The next time I go in I'm seen by the doctor I was reassigned from. I was a patient at WRMC. I got better service there then if I went to a 5 Star Hotel. The care I received was fantastic.Everyone worked as a team. The nurses were very professional and personable. I have a choice of two hospitals and WRMC is by far the best. Actually, I work at the other hospital and still prefer to go to Washington. The technology was state of the art. I had to have a liquid diet for one day, then the next three days I was on a regular diet. All the food was great. Down home cooking. Even the dishes looked ... read more
