I was sad to find out that Dr. Barnes was no longer at this clinic. However, I made an appointment anyway and seen Mrs. Rachel McCoy today and she was also fantastic and very knowledgeable! She listened to every concern of mine and answered every single question. The entire staff here is very friendly also.
I have no issue with Dr. Barnes. The Clinic is inefficient and poorly managed. Their hours are 0800 - 1700 but an 0800 appointment will most likely begin at 0820 since staff don’t arrive until 0758 - 0805. They use an online appointment confirmation system but still require an in-person check-in process which is duplicative and a waste of time. It’s a shame a such a good physician has staff that create such a negative impression of his practice.
The ladies are all kind and Dr. Barnes is absolutely the best!
