I am so grateful to have found a doctor who is not only professional but concerned and caring. Dr. Raio took the time to reassure me while showing patience and understanding during a pretty traumatic time for me. I highly recommend this excellent practitioner.
Sorry, but now that their call center is in Ireland, I might have to change my Mom's doctor. She is 84 and has Primary.Progressive Aphasia, a type of Frontotemporal Dementia, which is what Bruce Willis has. If she has a UTI (which you can test at home with an AZO strip) I need medication ASAP. With the call center being in Ireland, that understanding I had with the PA that he would call the meds in right away is completely gone. Dr Raio has been my family doctor for over 15 years. He is hands-down without a doubt one of the best doctors so personable and professional I would recommend him to anyone and in fact I have.
Horrible, wish I could give no stars. My husband is diabetic and has called several times for the sensors for his meter and nothing! Good luck seeing the doctor. He is always pushed off onto a nurse practitioner or PA. Staff has no concern for the well being of their patients. Currently looking for another provider.
I believe been only going here for about a year I love Dr. Raio And my husband who never went to Dr. started going to him and loves him also. All the staff in the front is excellent. I just have one problem is one girl young girl with long hair. I don’t know What her problem is she’s very cold never smiles, and when she gets you to come in the room, she doesn’t even say hello like she definitely has problems.
